Irish AGM

Sunday, October 22nd, 2006

The recent interest and commitment to this class in Ireland has been fantastic. Local fleets are being established around the country and its time to formalise things for the future.
Consequently there will be an AGM for the Irish Laser SB3 class on Saturday the 11th of November in the Royal St. George Yacht Club in Dun Laoghaire.

The main aims of this will be to elect a committee and plan the calender for 2007 and establish plans to promote the class. It’s also a good opportunity get to know each other and have a few beverages.

Its important that as many owners and soon to be owners attend this so please make an effort and encourage others in you club to come too.
There are also plans to organise some racing over the weekend. Some northerners and southerners have offered to bring boats and if a few of the local boats are delivered at that stage it could be a bit of fun.

Schedule
1100-1500 windward leeward racing
1500-1700 AGM
1700-> Drinking and watching Ireland vs South Africa Rugby Union, whilst getting very excited about 2007!
